Scouting: D&A is always looking for new and seasoned actors and models. We are very selective on who we bring on board to work with D&A. We believe the talent we select are marketable and will have the opportunity to be seen by the best Agents, Managers and Casting Directors in the Twin Cities and Los Angeles Area.
Development: D&A employs award winning coaches that teach the fundamentals of Acting and Modeling along with audition techniques, industry do's and don'ts and advanced session. These can make the difference between not booking or booking a job. The more seasoned an actor/model is the better chance they have of nailing an audition and booking that job.
This industry is extremely competitive. Casting Directors are always looking for actors/models that can bring to the table skills and knowledge of the industry. Coaching and developing is where acting/modeling careers start.
Marketing: Because owner Connie Steckling, has been in the industry for over 40 years she has made many contacts in Minneapolis, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Miami. D&A Talent markets their talent to Agents, Manager and Casting Directors thorough In-House Audition's right here in Minnesota.

What is D&A Talent:
D&A talent is an Award winning premiere on-screen development center and a talent marketing group for actors, models, and singers. We incorporate the best of being a development center with the opportunity of working in "the industry"!
D&A begins working with children as young as 3 years of age with no age limit to stop us working with older talent (our current oldest talent is 85). From brand new talent asking "How can I get my big break?" to up and coming, to industry seasoned talent. D&A is the only development and marketing center out there.

D&A Talent Group was created based on our company founder Connie Steckling’s vision of turning the dreams of aspiring talent into reality.
Connie's career started in the fashion and entertainment industry over 30 years ago as a full figure model. During her career, Connie has achieved success in many markets across the Nation including Miami, Chicago, and Minneapolis. She worked for some of the Industry’s most sought after agencies and companies including Elite Model Management, Daytons, Macys, and Nordstrom’s until 2003. This is when she decided to make the transition from a talent to an industry professional in order to help other aspiring talent achieve as much success as she had. Connie’s vision became reality in 2007 when she established what is now known TODAY as one of the best marketing and development powerhouses in the industry; offering exclusive access to local and national agent and projects, along with top-rated coaching and development.

HEATHER'S love for children and theirs for her has always kept her in the business of helping others. Heather earned an associates degree in elementary education and holds a certificate in child development. After earning her degree she worked at several daycare's but soon realized this was not what she wanted as a career.
In 2001 Heather met Connie and was quickly groomed to become a district manager for a major portrait company. For several years Heather worked in the portrait business moving through the ranks from studio manager to regional training manager.
In 2007 Connie contacted Heather about helping her start an acting/modeling training and marketing facility, which has now become one of the best marketing and development powerhouses in the industry. D&A has been turning out top rated talent for over 15 years.
Heather has Helped D&A Talent scout and coach several actors, that have received awards for Actor of the year, Singer of the year, Star of the year, and Academy of the year. Heather has Also Coached talent who Have been placed on Disney, Network Television, Film, National & Local Print Ads, Commercials and Billboards.
